How EAIP works

From a business concern to a governed next action.

A realistic scenario makes the operating cycle concrete. Consider an ISO 27001 readiness effort or a cross-functional project that has lost momentum.

1. Understand the situation

A user states the outcome. EAIP gathers permitted documents, obligations, risks, current work, evidence, and data freshness into one reviewable context.

2. Plan options

The system identifies gaps, assumptions, dependencies, resources, measures, and alternative paths. The user can inspect why a proposal was made.

3. Approve the decision

The decision brief shows consequence, owner, authority, evidence, and unresolved uncertainty. A material action waits for the right human authority.

4. Execute within bounds

Approved operations coordinate people and connected systems through typed commands. No agent receives authority it has not been granted.

5. Monitor and learn

Outcomes, exceptions, commitments, policy changes, and evidence freshness are tracked. Results are compared with the plan.

6. Replan

When conditions or priorities change, the plan is updated and the next decision is made visible rather than buried in a follow-up thread.

7. Preserve the audit trail

The path links the user, agent, policy, approval, tools, affected records, evidence, and result.
